The main claim in the paper "Wireless Communication is in APX" is
incorrect. More specifically, the last inequality in the paper is
faulty, and we have not been able to fix the problem. Hence, we
retract the claim of a constant factor approximation algorithm for the
scheduling problem with uniform powers.

The other contributions of the paper remain unaffected. 
Specifically, the introduction of the affectance measure and the
signal-strengthening result.
