Markmiðið að auka sýnileika rannsókna í háskólanum
Rannsóknarráð Háskólans í Reykjavík hélt svokallaðan rannsóknarkokteil fyrir starfsfólk og doktorsnema í HR miðvikudaginn 15. mars. Markmið rannsóknarkokteilsins var að auka sýnileika rannsókna í skólanum.
Paulo Gargiulo, prófessor við verkfræðideild og handhafi rannsóknarverðlauna HR flutti erindi sem kallaðist Heilbrigðistæknisetur: Towards innovation and translational applications in healthcare. Á eftir gafst tími fyrir umræður og spjall og þótti viðburðurinn vel heppnaður.

On Wednesday, March 15, Reykjavik University's Research Council organized a "Research Cocktail" for the university's employees and Ph.D. students to increase the visibility of research at the institution.
Paulo Gargiulo, a professor in the Department of Engineering and the recipient of the RU research award, delivered a talk titled "Medical Technology Center: Towards Innovation and Translational Applications in Healthcare.” Following the presentation, there was ample time for discussions and chats, and the event was well-received, being deemed a success.
