Title: Trustworthy AI?
Abstract:
We are on an unprecedented path towards a widespread adaption of artificial-intelligence (AI), both in business and everyday life. As more and more decisions are made in an automated fashion, many of which may significantly affect individuals, it is imperative that such decisions are transparent, ethical, and generally trustworthy.
In this talk, we give an overview of some of the challenges in making transparent, ethical, and trustworthy AI systems, discuss the current state-of-the-art, and identify some future research directions.
This is a non-technical talk that is accessible to a wide audience.
