ICE-TCS celebrates the 100th anniversary of the birth of George Dantzig, the father of the simplex method, with a talk by our own Eyjólfur  Ingi Ásgeirsson.

This coming Friday, Eyjólfur Ingi Ásgeirsson (Reykjvik University) will deliver an ICE-TCS seminar to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of George Dantzig, who made important contributions to operations research, computer science, economics and statistics. The talk will be held at 2pm in room M1.02 at Reykjavik University.
