It's now time to prepare the future of our educational systems, support new skills, in the strategical agendas the 2020 August-September curricula, and institutionalise new processes to face the economic crisis on the horizon.
Partners from the Erasmus+ project DAhoy worked hard to analyse VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) decision-making skills for higher education and (VET Vocational Education and Training) education. It has reached its end and the team would like to share with you its results and recommendations.
The world became VUCA early 2020 and educational institutions faced, and are still facing, the crisis in their institutions. Hectic and snap decisions were to be taken by programme leaders and deans, according to a "good decisions at right times" motto.
