Beyond the Box
A systematic approach to solving great problems with simple and elegant solutions
An innovative and elegant solution is possible after the complexities of a problem are clearly understood. An innovation also needs a clearly defined systematic approach to make it cost effective and useable. Two of Prof. Dell's innovations will be used to illustrate how interesting concepts can be derived and then converted into a successful innovations using a results oriented project management approach.
