On 11 September, Eyvör NCC-IS (the Icelandic Competence Centre for Cybersecurity) held an information meeting in Gróska with the theme Cybersecurity: From Grants to Impact, highlighting how research and innovation in cybersecurity can deliver real benefits for Iceland.
The event showcased the results of the 2024-2025 grant cycle and announced that the next round of Eyvör grants will open 1 October 2025 and close 1 December 2025.
Key attendees included Luca Tagliaretti, Executive Director of the ECCC (European Cybersecurity Competence Centre), who visited HR (Reykjavík University).
