Vice Presidents
Vice Presidents lead defined areas of responsibility within the university on behalf of the President. They are responsible for policy development, follow-up, and advancing their respective areas, and work to ensure that the university's objectives are achieved in an efficient and professional manner. Executive Director
The Executive Director of Operations reports directly to the President and is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and follow-up of the university's operations. His role is to ensure that operations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with the university's strategy, and work closely with the leadership and managers of support services to advance and continuously improve the operational environment. Deans of Schools
Deans and the President are responsible for developing university policy and overseeing its implementation. Deans of Schools, in consultation with the President, represent the University internally and externally to parties outside RU. The Dean of a School acts as a substitute for the President.

Department Chairs
A Department Chair is hired by a School Dean, following an evaluation committee report. Chairs of Departments are responsible for their academic management and shall initiate strategic planning for their Department. Department Chairs carry an operational and financial responsibility for their Department towards the School Dean.
