University Office
The RU University Office provides support to the President, Vice Presidents, Deans, Chairs, managers, and administrative staff, ensuring professional practices, promoting efficiency, and facilitating collaboration both within and outside the university.
The University Office handles a variety of tasks, including organising meetings for the President, the University Council, the Board, the Executive Council, and Deans, as well as following up on related decisions and actions, communicating with ministries, universities, partners, and other stakeholders, and disseminating information both within and outside the university. In addition, the University Office manages industry relations, innovation, and sustainability, provides legal advice on regulations, contracts, data protection, and other legal issues, and is responsible for RU's document and information management, among other tasks.
