Chris is an Associate Professor in Sport Science at Reykjavík University. He is an active researcher in sport, exercise and performance science. His PhD focused on physiological and nutritional considerations in female athletes. Alongside his work in academia, he has been a performance nutritionist for male and female professional athletes, including those in the Premier League and international Rugby Union.
